I’m looking for someone new to come work alongside me and become part of the Women On Tap brand.
It’s a really exciting time with our first beer festival under our belt, and successful collaborations and conversation panels with Leeds Beer Week and Beardless Beer Week in Manchester. We are currently working with a number of other individuals and groups with a view to creating a collaborative platform from which to deliver some large-scale national ‘women and beer’ initiatives in 2018. We are also planning an ambitious Women On Tap Beer Festival for next May.
I now need another pair of hands from someone who is just as passionate about the subject of women and beer to help me with planning, communications, and delivery. It might be a just a couple of hours a week; more leading up to and at event times.
Ideally local to Harrogate or Knaresborough (although not essential), I’m after someone who can help with social media, website updating, responding to emails and media requests, as well as support the development and delivery of socials and events across the year, including the annual beer festival.
It’s really really important that you align with our core values that sit at the heart of why we exist. We are open and inclusive and anyone who shares what we stand for is warmly welcomed and supported. We are also firmly focused on our underpinning goals and we aim to avoid any distractions from that.
For the right person it’s an incredibly rewarding project and there’s loads of fun along the way. There’s also an opportunity to contribute creative ideas and to write articles for this blog and for the media and other publications.
Oh also, you get to drink beer and meet lots of very awesome inspiring people. Tough gig, huh?
Interested? Drop me a line at email@example.com and tell me why.
